The following Terms and Conditions apply to all usage of the Lora Avedian website. The website is owned by Lora Avedian.

Any order placed with Lora Avedian shall be deemed to incorporate the following terms and conditions of the contract. The person, persons or company from whom, the order has been received is/are hereinafter referred to as ‘the customer’ or ‘the client’. Made To Order products are hereinafter referred to as ‘MTO’.
Shipping
Shipping to the UK
When checking out you have a choice of Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service, this is a 3-5 day service within the UK. You may also choose Royal Mail Special Delivery next day. If you are buying multiple items which require a large container and will need higher insurance we reserve the right to contact you directly for additional postage payment.
Shipping outside the UK
Deliveries outside the UK can be a lot more expensive and can take longer. This depends on the country it is delivered to and the customs process. You may be subject to customs fees which you will have to pay before you can receive your item, please keep this in mind before ordering, and please get in touch if you have any questions regarding delivery to your country. We cannot predict what these customs charges might cost, the customer is responsible for paying these fees.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have paid for your order and another one once it has been shipped.
Please get in touch if you have any queries about costs and delivery methods. We try our best to dispatch items as soon as possible and at latest within 7 days of purchase. You will be notified if their are any delays to dispatch of your item via email.. Please get in touch if you need your item delivered quickly and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Returns
All bespoke, customised and made to order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items may only be returned for full refund or exchange in the unlikely event of items being found to be faulty and is at our discretion.
When you purchase an item online, as a customer you have the right to cancel your contract and return items to us up to 14 days after delivery.
Any products that are returned should be unused and in their original packaging.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
We regret that we cannot accept international returns unless items are damaged or faulty. For international orders which were expedited or bespoke shipping was requested, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on this cost.
Workshop tickets can be refunded up until 8 weeks before the workshop date. If a refund is requested after this date we will offer the customer a transfer to a future workshop where possible, or a credit note for purchasing products in our online shop which will be valid for one year from the date of the enquiry. If there is a waiting list for the workshop and we are able to sell the customers ticket to another customer, then a full refund will be issued.
Validity
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court in London.
Lora Avedian reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without notice. New Terms and Conditions automatically supersede prior published information from the date of publication.
