About the collection
The collection is informed by two significant journeys Lora made in 2025 - first to Japan and then to Armenia. The abstract, looping motifs draw inspiration from the coiled and twisted metalwork found in ancient Armenian jewellery, while the colour palette reflects the tones of objects she collected during her time in Japan.
Every length of trim is made to order using recycled wool fabric. The embroidery forms a continuous line of braid, stitched through free-motion machine embroidery and hand-guided by Lora. Resulting in pieces that are inherently unique.
The trims are suitable for use on curtains, cushions, lampshades and more.
Made in Lora’s studio in south west London (UK). Each embroidered trim is hand-guided by Lora, ensuring natural variations.
